Without these documents, Ai Savi di Venezia reserve the right to not forward the check-in instructions and the access code.
Check in time is between 3 pm to 7 pm.
Guests must send the credit card details (number and expiration date) in order to charge the tourist city tax and it is also a guarantee in case of damages/incidentals in the apartment. Ai Savi di Venezia reserve the right to verify validity of your credit card making a pre-authorization.
Ai Savi di Venezia reserves the right to charge credit card any damage found in the apartment at the departure of guests.
Guests on arrival must immediately communicate through the application whatsapp any damage found in the apartment.
The apartment must be left in order, the refrigerator must be emptied, dishes must be rinsed and put in the dishwasher. If food is found in the dishes or in the fridge or sink a penalty will be charged on your credit card.
All guests must send us a valid cell phone number with whatsapp application in order to receive the check-in instructions.
