Early check-in is available only upon request and must be confirmed by the host, with the following surcharges:
• From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: €30 surcharge
• Before 12:00 PM: €50 surcharge
Additional fees must be paid in cash during check-in.
A late check-in fee of €50 applies for arrivals between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM, payable in cash at check-in.
All arrivals after 8:00 PM must be prearranged and approved by the host, who reserves the right to refuse due to personal commitments.
For any late check-out, a request must be made at least 48 hours in advance and confirmed by the host.
If approved, late check-out is possible until 2:00 PM with a surcharge of €30, payable in cash at departure.
Please note: all check-outs, whether standard or late, must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to allow the host to arrange a property inspection prior to the guest's departure.
