Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.

We welcome children from 18 years old.

The property may require a deposit of 500.00 EUR.

Please note From 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. additional supplement of 30 euros

From 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. additional supplement of 50 euros

After midnight Extra supplement of 100 euros

Every half hour until 02.00 30 euros will be added Check-out is before 11:00 am

We cannot guarantee an earlier check-in or a late check-out because of possible departures from the same apartment on the same day as well as the time required for cleaning the apartment; for the same reason and failing to provide a warehouse, we are not qualified to hold luggage before or after check-in and check-out

Check-out is before 10:00h a.m.

- City tax: € 4,00 per person (from 10 years old) per day (maximum 5 days);

The payment will be collected in cash upon arrival.

The property must confirm all late-arrival requests.

Hen, stag, or similar parties are not allowed.

Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.

A photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to check in.
